Established estate agents Burkmars decided that their image had got left behind. Our goal was to communicate their renowned values via a fully integrated re-brand whilst positioning them as a ‘premium’ estate agents to support their higher average listing value and strategic goals.
We achieved this through intelligently analysing their position, trialling almost 100 different concepts through the stakeholder team and carefully, respectfully developing stand-out ident’, signage, assets and digital strategy to help support their company growth and development plans.
