Direct Debit Signup

Direct debit setup: Shotgun Front now use Direct Debit to collect monthly payments for services such as hosting, e-mail, Pay-per-click budgets, SEO budgets and call tracking services.

We've put this system in place to ensure business/marketing operations run smoothly and our providers/suppliers are paid on time. This system will also to enable us to adjust your account when agreed and to make changes such as VAT increases without requiring you to visit the bank.

How it works: Direct debits are taken on either the 1st or the 15th of each month and will appear on your statement as "Eazy Collect" or similar. We've recently put a system in place that enables us to invoice you 15 days in advance of the withdrawal automatically which also gives you time to make any changes if required.

Please note: Paying via DD is a requirement for all web hosted clients.

Terms of service: (1) We will always invoice you for every payment withdrawn
(2) We will never share or distribute your information
(3) We will never adjust your DD account without your permission UNLESS it is a legally required change regarding VAT
(4) You will let us know 30 days in advance if your circumstances change or your payment is likely to fail.
